To support our continued growth, we are looking for an experienced Project Manager ready to lead challenging projects and help shape the future of renewable energy.

• Managing projects from handover through execution to successful completion
• Delivering projects safely, on time, within budget and according to contractual requirements
• Leading multidisciplinary project teams and coordinating subcontractors
• Managing project schedules, budgets, forecasts and project profitability
• Building long-term relationships with customers and key stakeholders
• Identifying project risks and implementing mitigation strategies
• Supporting commercial discussions, change management and contract administration
• Preparing management reports and communicating project performance
• Driving continuous improvement and contributing to the development of project management standards
• Ensuring full compliance with SPIE policies and HSEQ requirements
• Visiting project sites to support teams and maintain close cooperation with customers

• Experience managing construction, industrial or renewable energy projects
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
• Experience coordinating subcontractors and multidisciplinary teams
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Analytical mindset and confident decision-making abilities
• Fluency in English and Polish
• Valid driving licence and willingness to travel
• Passion for renewable energy and continuous improvement
