Your Tasks:
- Technical leadership and coordination of employees assigned to individual projects
- Independent management of projects, including the organization of processes and resources
- Ensuring compliance with quality, schedule, and cost requirements
- Acting as the interface between customers, partners, and internal departments
- Documentation and reporting on project progress
Your Profile:
- Completed vocational training as a Qualified Electrician m/f/d with further training as a Master Electrician m/f/d, or a completed degree in Electrical Engineering, Energy Engineering, or a comparable field
- Several years of professional experience in project management is desirable
- Independent, structured, and responsible approach to work
- Strong leadership and teamwork skills
- Valid Class B driving licence
- Ability to work at heights and willingness to travel throughout Germany
- Solid knowledge of protection and control technology, particularly in the use of protection systems for medium-voltage systems (approx. 10 kV to 36 kV and above)
- Professional experience in protection technology, ideally in the field of medium-voltage systems
- Confident handling of protection concepts such as overcurrent, earth-fault, and distance protection, including their application and optimization
- Good knowledge of relevant safety regulations and technical standards, with the ability to consistently implement them in practice
Desirable:
- Qualification as a protection testing engineer for medium-voltage systems
- Experience in the energy supply or industrial plant sector
- Knowledge of relevant standards and regulations, e.g. VDE
