For the purpose of processing your application, your data will be used to fill positions in the SPIE SAG Group. By entering your data, you agree to the use of your data by all affiliated group companies.
Your data will usually be deleted six months after the application process has been completed. At your request, our HR department will be happy to view, process, renew or delete your data.
If your current job application does not correspond to an adequate vacancy, your data may still be stored in our applicants’ database for up to twelve months if your profile appears to be suitable for other job offer. You will be informed accordingly. For this purpose, your information will be used to internally compare your application to the profiles of open positions and, hence, will only be forwarded as indicated. Your data will not be disclosed to third parties.
You have the right to withdraw your permission to use your data at any time. If an employment contract is concluded, your data will be transferred from our application management system to our HR management system.
